As we celebrate 25 years of Bridge to Brisbane in the Queensland community, we are excited that The Sunday Mail Transurban Bridge to Brisbane is going ‘Back to the Bridge’ in 2021!
Over the event’s history we have raised over $10 million for a variety of charities including The Courier-Mail Children’s Fund, helping Queensland children in need since as early as 1909.
We thank our sponsors, participants and volunteers for their support.
In South East Queensland, we operate more than 80kms of tolled roads, bridges and tunnels which get people where they want to go, quicker, safer and easier. We have been a supporter of the Bridge to Brisbane for more than 20 years and to celebrate the event’s 25th anniversary we are excited to be bringing the route back to the iconic Gateway Bridge.
Health and Wellbeing Queensland is a prevention agency established by the Queensland Government, to make healthy happen for Queensland. Our focus is obesity prevention across three key areas: nutrition, physical activity and wellbeing. Together, we drive change so all Queenslanders have the best chance to live a healthier life, no matter who they are, or where they live. To find out more, visit www.hw.qld.gov.au.
