STAY AT HOME
IF YOU ARE UNWELL
Public health authorities advise all people to stay at home if they are unwell or display any symptoms of COVID-19 infection.
Please seek medical advice and testing for COVID-19 if you displaying any of the following symptoms:
- fever
- cough
- sore throat
- shortness of breath
- fatigue
KEEP YOUR DISTANCE
Maintaining physical distance is everyone’s responsibility.
Please remember to keep your distance from others while training and participating in The Sunday Mail Transurban Bridge to Brisbane.
Start zones will be carefully managed to ensure the event meets social distancing guidelines. Please help out by assembling in the start zone that matches the colour of your race bib.
PLEASE DON’T ATTEND
ON RACE DAY IF
- You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days
- You have been a confirmed close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days
- You are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test
SANITISE YOUR HANDS
Practice good hand hygiene. Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds using soap and water and make use of hand sanitiser.
Hand sanitiser stations will be located throughout the Event.
IF YOU FEEL UNWELL WHILE AT THE EVENT
Please seek immediate assistance from the nearest COVID Marshal, Volunteer, Event staff member or Security guard. All these staff will be easily identifiable, and will provide appropriate assistance.
BRING A WATER BOTTLE
Bring your own water bottle to use during your event.
Water cups will be available at aid stations throughout the course, however, we recommend entrants bring their own water bottle where possible.
